This is similar to what I use. Should accommodate 20 tubes...very small footprint'. I have 12 large rod/reel tubes in mine with lots of room left.

Re stability: I wondered if the hamper might be tippy, but, IMO, the weight of the tubes directly to the bottom...
Good point. I finally realized the pic I took of a fish 10 years ago looks suspiciously similar to the one I took last year.....
