Check Silver Bow website river report. They fish it often, know the flows, flies. As MarshRat said, fish lower, upper is basically empty.

At 14’ in Kevlar it only weighs 36 lbs. I find I enjoy exploring lakes as much as fishing them, so a better fit than Outcast raft
