A Stoat? Saw about a dozen working the tall grass for bugs over in the BLM section. Fun looking critters.

Fished last weekend of June. Water is down, but not as much as reported. Mids and blobs. Probably 30 fish in 2 days between the 2 of us. 16-18". Water 65F. Wind blowing north, was pretty good on occasion

I make a bunch of florocarbon leaders before every season. Two dozen in sizes 20' up to 30' gets me through the season. Equal sections of 12/10/8lb Berkeley Vanish. Perfection loop, and hang marker (bobber stop) included. Grab-n-go. All the "business-end" stuff gets added on the water.

Friends fished Campbell 2 weekends ago. They caught fish.

Certainly not masterpieces, but they get the job done when the bite turns. Firehole 316 #10 w 3mm tungsten beads. Tied with FNF Slush and UV jelly. Last season the two white versions were my top producers. While the floro pink was my buddys go-to.

UV (white) Bleu Cheese! 3mm Tungsten, Firehole Sticks 413 #10. Any smaller and they can get swallowed. This, and bubble gum pink are my go-to colors. Some of my best lake days on these this last season.

we went in around 11pm Thurs and out at 3pm Sun, and took the front side. road was pretty good.

Water @ 68F and on the drop (nighttime lows were in the low 50s) We were the only ones on the water over 2 full days. Ghost town. Black Bear watering in the north end one morning. Epic days...
