Looks like you can print off everything at home on your own printer. This could lead to people printing out multiple catch record cards.

I the printed pass only had space for 2 license plates. This method appears to make as many vehicles as you want able to park or access WDFW land. I wonder what else you purchase and self print at home (ie catch records) could be duplicated multiple times.

A question for those that have bought their new license on line and dont have a paper copy. What do you now use for a vehicle access pass that must be displayed at WDFW boat launches to avoid being ticketed? I was wondering if anyone has tried to buy a paper discovery pass from a licensed...
