Love the griddle on the bridge burner on the induction stove
I really enjoyed cooking on our daughters induction top. It's amazing how fast they heat up dishes and I loved the safety features - good stuff for old, forgetful Boomers.

Anyone have a good Borrego recipe they'd like to share?
In California pork is surveyed in green sauce, in New Mexico beef is survived in green sauce. I’ve never had pork in red sauce, but that looks yummy
It's usually beef when I see it, but I found 2 packs of pork shoulder for $0.99/lb which is a lot cheaper than I could get chuck roast. Turned out damn tasty.
