Need to ask George Carlin...seeded, de-seeded, non-seeded, seedless...No pictures - we stopped at the Torrance Farmers Market today and bought lunch from a Peruvian food truck. I think this is our fourth time to buy food from this vendor. His No. 1 fish and rice dish is fantastic. De-seeded (or is is simply seeded?) tomatoes in a veggie stir fry with whitefish and a spicy sauce, tomatoes! Delish!
You’re a boneless chicken thigh.Had a bit of broccoli left but also had some brussels sprouts, so tried smashing them.
I did them the same way I previously did the broccoli except I added bacon bites when they were done.
One thing I’d do differently is to let them sit for just a bit on a paper towel after steaming them to dry them out a bit. Due to their multiple layers they retain more water then broccoli. Otherwise they were good and I’d make them again. Served with a boneless chicken thigh.

Chicken Chicharron is so freaking good.Gimme da bone and the skin.
I've been cooking plain chickens for my sick dog. The other night basically the whole chicken skin just came right off the cooked chicken, so I put it on a sheet pan and crisped it up in the oven. The whole chicken skin chicharron did not last long, and it wasn't because the dogs got it.
My guilty pleasure is peeling up and eating the salty, crispy chicken fat cracklings from the pan after baking skin-on chicken thighs.Gimme da bone and the skin.

Careful, I did that for sick dog 5 years ago (Leukemia). Because she was getting it, we gave some to the other dogs too. Unfortunately, she passed within a few months. 5 years later, the other dogs get boiled chicken every night for dinner.Gimme da bone and the skin.

Its already available…saw it at the market this morning…but i opted for pig skins …I always wanted to start a company that made crispy chicken skin chips, seasoned and crisped like a potato chip. Packaged just like potato chips, you could get them at the mini mart, or the grocery store. Ridged or regular...
Billion dollar market easily....
