We Got These Caddis Comin' In!

These seem to be abundant right now on the west coast of Vancouver Island. Any idea the species name. They're about an inch long or a little bit longer.

I believe this caddisfly adult to be a Little Sister Sedge (genus Cheumatopsyche).
