Got a bit excited about hearing of Tom Brady rookie trading cards selling for 6-7 figures. Bought a bunch of cards back in the day but of course before 2000. But my son bought a bunch. Told him to check for Brady rookie card. Any ways. I checked some cards from under the bed…..
Just wanted to share this with you arm chairs qbs that cry when a qb doesn’t throw for 300 yards and 4 tds every game …. And these were the men of the day. ….and every single one of them would be benched today for these poor performances. But rules change. Why it is so hard to compare qbs of the 60-70’s to 80-90’s and then of course current. But back then qbs we’re given more time to develop and today it is ‘What did you do for me last Sunday”.
