Seals on the Skagit

No, not Sealskinz. Actual harbor seals. Anyone else run into any?! Saw one yesterday above Rockport and another (smaller one) today above Concrete. Both times they were low holing my swing.

I’ve seen them up quit a few rivers. They will remain a big problem for a fish recovery.

I would guess about 25 miles from tide water.

When measured on Google, the one yesterday was roughly 65 river miles from Puget Sound, +/- 3.

I think they are the same ones that hang at Bonneville. Swam up to fish the Skagit before it closes Jan 31.
