Sage model question for the old timers

Around this time of year I usually read a Bob Arnold book while I wait for the water temps to rise a bit. He talks about using a 11'3" single hand sage blank. Anybody know what model this would have been? I know Sage made 11'3" gear blanks, but I've never heard about that length for fly. Was it a custom job?

I used to buy these blanks, add nine inches to the butt section and make spey rods out of them. I quit once Sage started making their own 6wt spey rods. There are still a few guys out there using them - including me.

I have an 11'3" 8 wt 3 piece GFL rod that I used for years on winter fish, single handed rod.
