Can one fish for guppies, mollies, tetras, cichlids and angel fish? If so, what fly do I use...

In their zeal to catch the smallest fish, Japanese micro-fishing enthusiasts use live bloodworms, but a small cut earthworm, maggot, Berkley PowerBait blood worm, squeezable tube-type bait and gluten bait work to catch 2 cm Tanago (bitterling). Does that give you any imitation ideas?
