I locked myself out of my own site

I can only access on my phone and not my home internet until I somehow fix this. Apparently I spammed the server too many times trying to upload files to the back end or something. I blocked my own IP address somehow

Just documenting chapter 98 in my long, rocky road to this point for posterity.
