Hello All!
I am fairly new to the sport/art of fishing in general and flyfishing. (Quick recap) I moved to Washington state with my boyfriend after graduating undergrad in California, where I was born and raised. We started fishing on Walmart combo set-ups while still in California during the pandemic. Max switched to a fly set-up last summer, and I finally got my hands on a flyrod (borrowing)! Given our short experience, we are excited about the long journey ahead.
I filmed some videos of our recent fishing adventures and plan to continue this form of self-expression/creative outlet.
This is not an ad post. I wanted to share some of the beautiful fish I landed last week!
This is a vlog of my first trip using a flyfishing rod instead of my Walmart combo set-up!
This is a vlog of beautiful native cutthroat at a newly discovered nearby lake (new to us). In this vlog, we fished 3 separate locations, with the second lake being my new favorite.
