Mine has been giving me fits lately but I’m sure it is all muscle related, so I’m feeling good about March. Quincy will likely suck this year, at least that’s what I’m going to convince everyone to tell you so that you don’t feel like you missed out.

Cold weather is not good for bad backs. A delay until April with warmer weather is a good thing. Just keep telling yourself that.

Jerry, I had back surgery 30+ years ago and can tell you when the weather is gonna change. Since then medicine has leapt light years in capability. Follow the program, you'll be fine.
