This Heron was wading Lunds Gulch Creek(Meadowdale Beach Park trail) before be disturbed by hikers. I watched it searching the creek looking but not catching.

We have had few brief snow storms move through the area in the past 2 weeks. The snow melts pretty fast now that the ground has warmed up a bit. I’m hoping for some more snow up high to add to the snowpack.

It is not exactly tough sledding. The nervous water off the corner the front deck of our cabana is a school of tailing bonefish. They make it tough to finish an afternoon cocktail.

We also watched schools daily while cooling off at the end of the day in the infinity pool while enjoying some incredible Belizean rum punch.

For Easter the kids got boxes instead of baskets, and had to search for the contents hidden in eggs or wherever. Icky out but it's break for them so let's try it out since dads off also. When we keep we make fried fish sticks or nuggets.
