Annoying by catch.

2. I'm not much of a walleye fisherman
3 these are hatchery trout and I wasn't overly concerned about them bit they both swam away strong but judge me if you must..

First one was caught on a suspending Rogue
The second was caught on a green and chrome blade mait.. both were puking up shad

Eating gizzard shad.. I almost kept them out of curiosity as to what that diet would do to their flavor.

Rob, if you intentionally gear fish for those trout, a small Thomas Bouyant Spoon drifted under a small bobber does well. Tip with wax worm or maggot.

I kinda wish I hadn't been fishing alone and could have got a better picture. I bet it was all of 5 lbs at least.
