Advise, Painting a Used Boat

I'm seeking information on how to repaint an older used wooden pram. The bottom is a skin coat (no gelcoat) fiberglass over marine plywood. I don't know if it is poly or epoxy resin.
The sides and ends has no fiberglass but is sealed with some unknown paint. It is also marine plywood. The interior is sealed in an unknown clear coat. Epoxy? Verathan?
I know nothing on this subject and any advise would be greatly appreciated.....This boat is in nice shape but needs some TLC....Thanks

Sand, apply two coats of Tuff Stuff HIgh-Build Epoxy, followed by a finish coat such as Rustoleum Topside Paint, which works well on the bottom as well as topside/inside. Sealed, bulletproof.
