There doesn't have to be. i don't think.
I've been doing other things for the past 20 years, but used to be a CPA. So probably not the best option, but if other options don't work out, happy to try to help.
Edt - ok, I just thought about that for a couple of minutes. Last time I did accounting for businesses, the dot com bubble had just burst, it was the summer leading up to 9/11, I was just starting to fly fish and was really bad at it, and thought of the call of red wing blackbirds in central WA lakes as the sound of not catching fish. The following spring, I was in Quetta, Pakistan in a different line of work. Getting old. So hopefully there are better options!
