25 days and look what I did... Bwahaha

Last week there was a bit of open water - it has frozen over again but next week we're supposed to see daytime temperatures in the 40's. A little sunshine, a lot of wind to negate the Seeger Effect.

Damn Buzzy, you are a tough SOB. I am a wus when it’s cold. I am hoping for the 50° before I go tomorrow.

Mark - My wife and I walked along the east side of Park Lake today, no wind, lots of sunshine. That dead end road and the section of road gated off is a pleasant place to walk. We see lots of birds, sometimes deer and in the spring when we've had a bit of rain, the wildflowers can be amazing. There's some particularly interesting basalt formations east of the road. No fishing today.

I'm going to try and tough out a few hours Monday. Lots of layers with a truck close by to sit in and warm up. And I will have some good company - I might even catch a fish.

Shawn - Still a lot of ice in the Columbia Basin - I saw no open water on Lenore, Alkali, Blue or Park (didn't stop to look down at the other lake). Lot's of guys ice fishing on Banks at each end.
