Cheifs are really well coached. Mahomes is earning his money. He does not have a ton of talent around him really. He definitely makes them all better. McDermott started chasing points early too. He usually makes a stupid decision or 2 per game.

Eagles are good. I can't root for a team from Philly though.
That’s the difference between a great coach ,and a good coach . McDermott, as you say either just panics or whatever he does a couple critical times in a game . Where as Reid does just the opposite in the critical downs or towards the end of the game , on clock management. Wouldn’t surprise me him not getting over the hump , Bills will have a new coach pretty soon . They been the bridesmaid for too many years now .

Canuck you can post now . Are we not entitled to gloat a bit , after all we did get a bit of beating over being Chiefs fans . How about those Chiefs . I’m looking forward to social media on who gets the blame for the Chiefs victory. Clarky we need some of your expert googling . 👍😜

I rest my case. ;)

here's my prediction:

Chefs 29, Eagles 28

6 total yards and just over a one minute in time of possession differences for the game.
You have to wonder how many more times the Bills will get an opportunity to kick that door down.

Mighty good game. I will try not to be insufferable, but gotta say (write) it ...

Go Three-Peete

Reid once had a few bad flaws. When my Patsies beat the eagles in the 2005 Superbowl, Reids blindspot for learning how to manage a clock became pretty obvious. it continued for a few years. He at some point hired a coach to help him with in game clock management similar to Ernie Adams was for Belichik. It's a model quite a few teams have used recently.

My point is that Reid deserves a lot of credit for being humble enough to try and get help to improve. He has still hasd a couple clock management misteps but overall, the Chiefs are pretty good at it at he end of the game.

McDermitt seems to be a bit emotional. I'm not sure that he can get over himself enough to understand how to improve.

When Reid first got to KC, his clock management was horrific, he has certainly improved on that through the years, so that now, if there is any time left, opponents need worry.

Not sure why the haters, why root against excellence? What is not to like about Reid and KC ownership overall? Reid doesn't seem to take himself too seriously and has no problem being self-effacing and poking fun at himself). Kelce, although a little wild, just seems like a real good guy (his brother too). Mahomes, yeah, pretty boy and all, but he has invested himself in the community, made a long-term commitment to a city few seem willing to do (a very team friendly contract). I get Raiders and maybe Broncos fans (long-term/historic rivals), but why everyone else. Sirianni seems to be a bit of a hotheaded jerk, going after fans and all. Give me Kansas City over Philly any day as fans and a city - folks in KC tend to be good mid-western folk, I find the folks from Philly a little too much like the obnoxious New Jersey/New York folks I encountered when I taught at Mont Tremblant (loud and rude).

Anyways, just my thoughts/opinion.

Cheers, and...

Go three-peat

Bashing fans is a topic for another thread. But since we're on the subject, remember when Philly fans booed Santa claus?
Philly fans are the worst.

My brother married into a family of 9 children, all of whom are Eagle fans. A brawl was narrowly averted at his wedding as they all wanted to sing the Eagles fight sone (which features an illegal chop block). This was in the middle of the first Pat's dynasty so they were met with equal aggression and greater wit from my far better educated Masshole family. Yelling and insults were hurled. It was uncomfortable. Punches were not thrown fortunately.

Uncle Eddie (yes a real in the live uncle Eddie) did attempt to steal a keg, but was stopped by our contingent from the South Shore.

Moral of the story: Eagle fans far more poorly behaved than even Massholes.

For those of you who can be offended in any way, please do not watch the clip below.

Bil Burr really get to the point about how I feel about Philly here:

I saw this on another site.
At least the Raiders are leading the NFL in one category. 😉😂
