The ONLY thing missing in this game was OT. I would of liked that.
Well the Mountain West will be looking for some teams...perhaps the Dachshunds can find a home there.

Illinois had the best uniform of the day. Helmets looked like old school leather helmets and they beat Michigan!

I wonder if Southern Cal misses the Pac 12 by now. They only have one Big 10 win at this point and have lost 4 of their last 5 games after holding a 4th quarter lead. Their $110 million coach can only coach for 3 quarters at a time and if a team gets to the 4th quarter trailing SC by 10 points they have the Trojans right where they want them. How can they justify paying a guy $10.4 million a year that has a losing record? He is 5-9 in his last 14 games!
Somebody should have scrutinized Lincoln Riley before they dumped a pickup load of cash on his driveway. His winning percentage against top 25 teams is .586, average at best and certainly not among the best of the multi million dollar coaches.
And the coaching phenom that left the Dawgs for the big bucks at Bama has some serious egg on his face too. I don't expect him to last but at least he has stayed out of strip clubs so far. Unlike Mike Price...

Is all the NIL chaos ruining college football? Will it cause fans to fall away? I know I'm pretty sick of it all.
Depends on what team you like. Oregon, Texas, Georgia fans are probably happy with the situation.

Ducks are now #1 ranked. I'm not convinced they're really the "best" in the land but it's a huge boost for the program.
