I'm not aware of any such thing. It was a general comment. In the past, mods have only stepped in when insults started flying.

Understand what you are getting at. But attacks on the Ukrainian capital and cities on the Western side of the country not included in the provinces you are referencing is something entirely different.

I would be interested to see what happens if the mods just apply temporary bans, liberally, instead of closing threads. There's a lot of diversity on this forum that I don't usually get exposed to and I like hearing other peoples perspectives. It's unfortunate when threads get shut down, because of one or two people losing their cool. I think the common interest/passion (fishing) tends to make the conversations less ridiculous than what you get elsewhere on the internet.
